She created an artifact using marine shell, found at Coweeta Creek site (31Ma34), Macon County, North Carolina. Made during Mississippian, Qualla phase (AD 1400-1700). Dimensions are length, 141.3 mm; width, 26.1 mm; thickness, 19.2 mm. The artifact model was developed by Abigail Gancz and originated from a CT scan of the object performed at UNC Hospitals in 2014. The model's appearance is based on digital photographs taken in 1994, which only slightly resemble the actual texture of the object.
