Shell/cover for banana plugs used for loadspeakers and amplifiers

This is a straightforward design for short circuit protection around banana plugs used in audio applications. It encases the outside of the connector, which serves as both the (+) and (-) connections. For optimal fitment, I suggest printing it at a leisurely pace, one layer at a time, to ensure accuracy. The print time is relatively brief, clocking in just a few minutes. There's an incredibly small gap of only 0.2 mm between the metal component and the printed part, resulting in a seamless fit. Before printing, you'll likely need to rotate the object for proper alignment, given its dual diameters. Ensure you orient it correctly to avoid any issues (refer to picture 3). Enjoy your print! Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Infill: 100% Notes: Nozzle diameter at 0.4 mm, infill density at 100%. Other settings are less critical.
