Airsoft ASG Dan Wesson 715 CO2 Version. Disposable Ammunition\r\n\r\nRelated Video\r\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LzkcWbQaIcU\r\n\r\n2020.05.13 Update\r\n- Added Gcode to output and remove one shell at a time, in sequence.\r\n- Reduced the time it takes to print multiple shells.\r\n- Requires a printer with hotend guard or frame to remove shells after printing.\r\n- First, print one shell, then push it out and start again.\r\n- Use G29 version Gcode if your printer has an AutoLeveling sensor.\r\n- Refer to the output method here: https://youtu.be/avlengYsJdw\r\n\r\nTo play airsoft games, you need a large quantity of ammunition that meets the game's rules and can be reproduced quickly. I created this design for mass production at low cost with simple manufacturing process.\r\nI also included a set of six shells clipped together like a magazine.\r\n---Important!---\r\nPrint one shell at a time to ensure consistent quality.\r\nPrinting multiple shells simultaneously may cause stringing or warping, which can compromise performance.\r\n\r\nTo achieve uniform performance, slicing tool settings are crucial.\r\nSeam alignment should be set to one direction for optimal results.\r\nIf the seam is not aligned properly, it can affect bullet feeding and lead to problems with airsoft rifles.\r\nI recommend setting Z seam alignment back for single shells and central (x-117.5 y-117.5) for shell clip v5_PB(330).\r\n\r\nTo ensure smooth nozzle movement, set the infill to a circular pattern.\r\nUse a good quality bed or one with a flat surface to minimize friction between the nozzle and the plastic.\r\n\r\nThe airsoft speed is adjusted according to game rules. You can remix if needed.\r\nSome filaments (e.g., silk) may cause issues due to their thickness, leading to inaccurate shell feeding.\r\nAfter printing, check that the shells are inserted smoothly without any clicking or resistance.\r\nIf not, it may be due to insufficient infill density or incorrect nozzle movement.\r\n\r\nAfter printing, cut the outer rim of the shells in a circular shape using a cutter or a file.\r\nThis will help ensure smooth insertion into the airsoft rifle.\r\nThe shells are compatible with standard bundle speedloaders.\r\nAvoid unnecessary post-processing to maintain consistency.
