Shelf-Hook Typ 6 for 19mm Boards (P-SLOT system)

After installing our new shelf system, my wife requested that I design additional hooks to hang up various bags and kitchen equipment in different locations throughout the space. Given the diverse requirements for each hook, such as load capacity, flexibility, and dimensions, there wasn't a single model that could meet all needs. Type 6 is a hybrid of types 3 and 4, designed for areas where more weight can be supported without rotation. The design resembles type 4 but is intended to be mounted on a shelf board rather than the bar. The hook is longer to accommodate bigger or bulkier items within its load range, with a calculated load of 20N and tested at approximately 3kg. These hooks are suitable for boards that are 19mm wide, such as those used in the P-SLOT system available on regalraum.com. Feel free to modify the design to fit your specific board width needs.
