The original vacuum system inevitably succumbs to wear and tear over time. This replacement part is designed for secure wall mounting using a sturdy screw. Note: The foundation's design should prevent it from becoming loose; if that doesn't happen, consider adding a washer or a Grover lock. I personally used a 10-penny coin as a temporary solution.
