Shelf Hanger Spool Holder

7/22/18 UPDATE: Splitting the hangar model into 2 parts allows for easy printing on a 200x200 build area, and it's likely to hold together well on its own, although adding glue is still recommended. 7/21/18 UPDATE: Improvements were made to the hanger model to enhance tolerance and ensure smooth attachment. However, testing revealed that the model doesn't fit perfectly over the 1x2 board. 7/16/18 UPDATE: A suspended hanger model was added for direct mounting under flat surfaces. Currently, two of these models are in use and they work exceptionally well. This is a bearing spool holder designed to complement Joel Telling's 3D Printable Shelf Bracket (https://gumroad.com/l/shelfbracket). The cantilevered design projects the spool from the edge of the shelf to hang over printers, making it ideal for active printing and use with 3d printed shelf brackets. To minimize tensioned pull and jerk motions that can cause visible issues in extrusion when printing, bearings are used. A spool hanger designed for active printing and use with 3d printed shelf brackets is provided. The Direct screw in hanger version has been successfully tested, and the roller mechanism works very well. An updated version suitable for a 200x200 bed has also been created. For smooth operation without hitches, two 608zz bearings are recommended. To assemble the spool holder, simply insert the bearings into the cap models and then into the barrel. The barrel assembly will slide into the notches in the hanger model. Note that the ridge on the barrel should face outward to prevent the spool from working its way off.
