Shelf bracket (no visible mounting hardware)
thingiverse
Shelf bracket. The shelf bracket consist of two parts, the wall mount and the shelf bracket. The wall mount can be screwed (with one or two, I use one at the moment) to a surface and then the bracket can slide on. I used carpet tape (thin double sided tape) to attach the wooden part of the shelf. CAUTION The shelf is far from structurally sound, it’s made to be aesthetic not to hold much weight. The connection between the wall mount and shelf bracket is quite small and can't hold much weight. I have had it with about 500 grams for multiple months without problems and tested it with 2 kg on it for a short period of time. With 2 kg it seems to stay in place but i haven't tested it for more than 10 minutes. This together with differences stemming from printers and materials used I wouldn't recommend more than 500 grams. So for your own safety don't put too much weight on it. And if you want to try more you will have to do this at your own risk. I have now tested the shelf with 1kg for some months and it seems to hold nicely. So the previous 500 grams max weight can be increased to 1kg. Hope you like it!
