Right angle bracket / brace with countersink holes for #8 hardware, crafted specifically for shelf brackets / braces but adaptable to any application you need. The design measures approximately 2.5 inches in width by .8 inches. To print these parts efficiently, I reworked the design to be printed upright without supports, resulting in print layers directly opposing stress joints. For optimal results using a FlashForge Creator Pro printer, follow these settings: Printer: FlashForge Creator Pro Rafts: No Supports: Yes (although you might be able to print them without supports) Resolution: 2.4 Infill: 35% Notes on my print job: - I used supports for the "back side" holes and achieved good results. - You may not need supports; give it a try. - I set a high resolution (.22) since the details won't be prominently visible, and a 35% fill rate was chosen because these parts might carry weight.
