The original shelf board was part of a Chinese china cupboard in the captain's quarters on the British ship Betsy, which sank during the American Revolution. It was carefully 3D-scanned using a Go!Scan 50 on February 23, 2018. The object is courtesy of the Virginia Department of Historic Resources and scanned by the Virtual Curation Lab.
