sheet metal locking lug jig
thingiverse
This is a template for creating locking lugs in a piece of 1-1/2-inch EMT conduit. The punch will have to be crafted from a 1/4-inch piece of steel. The holes within the jig must be threaded for either 1/4-20 or 6mm screws. Upon assembling the jig, insert the conduit and use a hammer in conjunction with the punch to form the dimples. The Fusion 360 file is provided. By adjusting the dimension, the jig can be tailored to fit any size conduit or sheet metal tube.
