Sheet metal by guage

The material resembles sheet metal yet isn't quite plate and is formed intricately. Some items are lightweight but heavier than tin cans. This stage doesn't involve hems, lap joints or welding. The simplest curves were being created. The cowl, however, would likely pose a challenge for inexpensive 3D printing due to its non-extrudable design that can't be stacked vertically without support. Any thoughts on this?
