Sheep Yarn Ball Wrap

Sheep Yarn Ball Wrap

We embarked on a road trip and sought to create engaging crafts for my 4-year-old's entertainment in the car. While this attempt didn't yield spectacular results, I found the concept somewhat charming and intend to refine it for future endeavors. I swiftly designed a sheep figurine using Tinkercad and printed it at a 0.3 layer height with an older PLA filament, resulting in a somewhat rough texture. I hastily applied black acrylic paint to transform the green PLA into a more convincing sheep appearance. The underlying idea revolves around gradually wrapping fluffy white yarn around the spherical shape of the figurine, attempting to completely cover it with "wool." However, I likely overestimated the amount of yarn required, as it quickly became entangled after the initial attempt.
