Shed Hinge

Shed Hinge

thingiverse

I've printed a replacement for a hinge on a Keller storage shed that I bought in the UK. The part was created using PLA material, printed at 215 degrees with a 25% infill, and additional supports were added in Simplify3D. Print settings included: Printer: CTC Dual Rafts: Not necessary Supports: Yes Resolution: .25 layer height Infill: 25%, specifically for increased strength Notes: As I publish this post, I'm currently printing the part for the first time and will update any modifications I make at a later date. It's possible that I may need to print it in ABS instead of PLA.
