This is a simple sheath for the Huusk kitchen knife. Feel free to remix and adapt for other applications. Import the file to you slicer 2 times. Mirror one of the parts around the Y axis (in Cura), so that you get two fitting halves for one complete shell. Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Infill: 100 Filament: Generic PETG Notes: I have printed it with PETG, 240°C and 70°C bed temperature, 100% infill on my Neptune 2. Post-Printing ============= Finalising Sand the ridges lightly (e.g. 360 grid) and wipe off the dust. Super glue the ridges and press both halves firmly together for several seconds. I have used a filled kettle as a weight and waited 5 minutes for the glue to fully cure. Once done, the sheath is ready to use. Category: Kitchen & Dining
