The updated project on the 30th November is for a shearing machine that cuts drums with uneven seam welds during welding. It's designed to cut 16-gauge thick sheet drums of 2 feet in diameter and 3 feet in length, and operates using hydraulic principles. This machine features a hydraulic cylinder with a 100mm bore, 50mm piston rod diameter, and a 1-foot stroke, with working pressure ranging from 18-22 Kgf. The 32"x43"x55.5" structure made of 90mm x 90mm square tube with 4mm thickness serves as assembly support. Additional guides ensure accurate work and load distribution. Various colors are used to identify different components: blue for the structure, yellow for ends, sky blue for structural support, red for the fixed cylinder and cutting blade handle, orange for dampers and guides (bearings and bearing contact slab), green for blade support, white for blades and cylinders (piston rod, piston gland), and black for seals and actuators.
