Full size Sword of Protection from season 5 of She-Ra. Blade is 33 inches long. Design is intended to be printed in sections. The handle consists of 3 pieces. The blade uses a unique base and tip while the main section consists of 5 identical sections, so print "Sword blade section" five times. Each piece has registration pins to align it with the other pieces and a 5/8 dowel serves as the structural backbone of the entire model. Construction adhesive serves wells to glue the pieces together and fill in any small gaps. The "sword blade full" model is intended to be used with the pepakura designer software. Import the model and then unfold it into flat shapes in order to print/cut out vinyl pieces to finish the model.
