She-Ra (Season 5) - She-Ra and the Princesses of Power

This is my She-Ra statuette based on the main character's season 5 form in the show! It's such a gorgeous and fantastic design that I just had to try modeling it at some point. I've actually had the 3D model done for months now, but I've really been procrastinating on the painting, since I wanted it to be as good as I could get it. In any case, it's finished now and I'm glad I can finally share it. When it's all put together the statuette is about 17 cm (6.75 in) tall, although I've separated the sword (and the forarm holding it) into a separate object, which you can print separately and then glue on afterwards. I've done the same for the ponytail, which should also make printing easier. Yours will likely come out cleaner than mine did: the one I painted was actually printed as one single object, without any of the separations, so I had to print it at an odd angle to just get everything to fit, and my support placements were not ideal. Also, my roommates kept accidentally knocking it over and I'd have to glue parts like the sword back on. I should caution that the final centimeter or so of the sword--the part narrowing to the tip--is very thin and can bend out of shape easily, especially before it's been cured. It might be worth printing a few different copies of that part at once, maybe at different angles, just to be safe. Some of the ponytail strands also get very thin and are prone to snapping off, so be careful with that too.
