Sharps Container Cap

This is a simple cap to convert a plastic bottle into a sharps disposal container. It should print as a tight fit so that it doesn't come off accidentally. You can resize this cap for your needs. The inner ring has a diameter of 38mm (19mm radius). Instead of remixing the model, you can scale your X and Y axes in your slicer. Scale up to 38mm and add a small amount (0.1 to 0.3 mm) to fit snugly over the opening. Leave the Z axis unchanged.
