Sharpie holder for pegboard
cults3d
I frequently require Sharpies while working on bikes, and previously stored them in hooks, which proved precarious - markers constantly fell off, prompting me to design a proper holder for some time now. As I'm still getting familiar with Fusion 360, this project was a perfect fit. Although this design works well for holding Sharpies, it can also be used for various other objects of similar dimensions. Initially, I intended to modify my pegboard 2 position blank, but saw an opportunity to redesign it from scratch and create a fully parameterized model. The original design didn't accommodate all my pegboards perfectly, so I wanted to fine-tune the dimensions. I also enlarged the holes slightly for the Sharpie body, since the silver Sharpie performs best when stored upside down. Since this is a parameterized design, you can adjust the diameters if needed. I've included the Fusion360 source files for both single and 2 position blanks in my pegboard 2 position blank repository, hoping they may be useful to others.
