Sharpie Holder Fits Makita RT0701C Router Clamp on Metal Maslow CNC. Use a #6 machine screw at the top of the piece to hold the pen in place. I printed the top piece with dense infill, which helps the pen set screw grip it well (70%). The main part can be printed with 20% infill and will still turn out fine. It takes about three hours to print the main part and twenty minutes for the top part. The holder only catches one of the set screws in the clamp but holds firm anyway. I made it shorter so it would print faster and fit the cap on the pen without having to remove it from the holder. I set my CAM's depth of cut to 10mm to ensure the sharpie stays in contact with the surface when plotting. There is also a Dewalt 611 version, but I don't have that router to test.
