<p>This is a replacement battery door cover for a Sharp WQ-562 Boombox that I created for a friend.</p> <h3> Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer:</strong></p> <p>Prusa i3 boxframe</p> <p><p class="detail-setting rafts"><strong>Rafts: </strong> <div><p>No</p></div><strong>Supports:</strong></p> <p>Yes</p> <p><p class="detail-setting resolution"><strong>Resolution: </strong> <div><p>0.2mm</p></div><strong>Infill:</strong></p> <p>30%</p> <p><br/> <p class="detail-setting notes"><strong>Notes: </strong> </p><div><p>Split in 2 using Slic3r to fit my printer as the model length is 213mm.<br/> Keep the support minimal to allow for easy removal.</p> <h3> Post-Printing</h3> <p>Remove support material and glue two pieces together if splitting.</p> <h3> How I Designed This</h3> <p><strong>Created in openSCAD</strong></p> <div><p>I used online pictures and measurements from him as a guide and created the model in openSCAD.
