A newer version can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2002645. Printing the "Final" file with a .3mm layer height will likely result in a working slider, it worked for me after all. The "UNADJUSTED" version replicates my original slider's dimensions precisely, as measured using calipers; if your printer is more precise than mine, you may find this version useful. I've also included my original Sketchup file, should you need to make adjustments for your specific printer's tolerances.
