This IR bracket, weighing just 9 grams, is easy to modify and prints quickly. Included is a solid model in Solidworks 2010 for your convenience. To assemble, simply follow these steps: print the bracket, bend it to the desired angle using a heated knife edge method, attach the servo horn to the platform, secure the servo, plug in both the servo and Sharp sensor into electronics, and enjoy! For hardware requirements, you'll need 4 M3X10 screws and 4 M3 nuts. The bracket was designed using the sheet metal tool for easy angle adjustments. Remember to unsuppress the fold feature at the bottom when printing.
