Unfortunately, the first design of the vacuum wand release lever cracked within a month, separating along the printed filaments. So I re-designed the lever for a stronger surface where the tensile loads appear. This new v2 design has now proven durable and lasted for more than a full year in regular use, without cracking. Note: For optimal strength, it is highly recommended to orient the part with the outer surface towards the printer bed, as shown in the Cura slicer screenshot.
