Both sources for this remix had their strong points, but neither fit my need exactly, so I combined elements from the two.

The version from WhosOnTheThrone fit the shaft on my vacuum perfectly, but held on a little too tightly to the tools, so I increased the diameter of the holder side and added a slot on one side so it would "give" a little. Which side your tools fit in determines which side you mount up or down.

The version from rpwong had several dimensions that just didn't fit my model vacuum, but oh that zip tie slot. Genius, so I incorporated it in to this design. This really helps to keep the holder secured to the shaft, and the more you tighten down the zip ties, the better. I used a tool to get that extra click or two out of the zip tie for a super tight clamping force. You'll want one of these around the house. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00V49XUL2

Pictured are quantity two mounted snug to each other on my APEX DuoClean Powered Lift-Away Vacuum Model # AX952.

Thanks WhosOnTheThrone and rpwong for your work!

Print instructions

Licence: Creative Commons - Attribution Category: Organization Print Settings

Printer Brand: Prusa

Printer: i3 MK3

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: .15

Infill: 20

Filament: Paramount PLA Hannibal Red
