My Shark IQ R101AE (With Auto-Empty) was malfunctioning, constantly hitting its power toggle switch against door stops and shutting down. To fix this issue, I created a custom block to prevent the power button from being accidentally flipped. The designed block fits snugly in place, making it impossible to remove with a fingernail, but a flat head screwdriver works perfectly for cleaning or removal when needed. To ensure long-term usability, consider adjusting print settings to account for the wear and tear of using a flat head screwdriver. To print without support, simply flip the block over onto its back.
