I printed this with 40% infill and 0.13mm layer height and it is holding great. So far I've opened 3 beers without any problems or signs of tear. If you like you can add 100% infill but it will increase printing time but it is not necessary since 40% infill is pretty strong. Support is only needed for keychain ring. No coin or metal parts needed. My only advice is to hold the bottle you are trying to open firmly since you need a bit more force to open it that with metal opener, and watch out for the sharp fin. :)
