To enhance your Shapercube's cable management, you can replace the supplied tubing with Igus E2 micro Series 06 chains (ref: 06-10-018, inner width 10mm). To do this, print the necessary parts including a Nema23 Cover wHoles, Holder Ends RAMPS Side, End Hole, End NoHole, Right AngleBracket, and assemble them using Bolts and Nuts or PLA rivets for the brackets and ends on the X-axis. Secure with 3mm screws without redrilling holes, and use two screws directly in the Nema17 holder on the extruder parts. The chain-ends are taken from Igus' website and slightly modified to fit your needs; however, a single size is used for the Y-axis, so it would be better with 20 or 30mm space inside.
