Top and bottom covers for the Shapeoko3 electronics are designed to fit perfectly. I reinforced the bottom cover by running tie-wraps through a hole in the metal cover, securing each wrap with a special 2-socket tie-wrap head. The open top cover features ventilation mesh for airflow and also includes a cable pass-through.
