Limit switch triggers are put to the test and confirmed functional. Adjusting the arm for optimal positioning is crucial; bend the limit switch arm down to align with the trigger on top. Mounts come pre-equipped with slotted holes allowing bolts to be adjusted according to desired height. Two small holes need drilling into the spindle plate, securely attaching it in place via M3 threads. For enhanced stability, you may opt to chuck a nut onto the back instead. Bend the limit switch arms to ensure precise depth calibration. This step eliminates trigger failure risk; prevent arm bowing by slightly increasing clearance - safe measure that avoids mechanical inconsistencies over time.
