I had a major problem with the Z Axis Pulley on my ShapeokoXXL, as it completely gave out and would've taken an unacceptable 25 days to receive a replacement. So, I took matters into my own hands, designed a new one using Fusion 360, and printed it out myself. To my delight, it's working fantastically well and has proven to be incredibly robust.
