shapeoko X axis belt clamp
thingiverse
The 3D printed X axis belt clamp requires drilling two M5 holding holes, an M4 tension screw hole, and four 4mm holes for attaching the belt. If you have M4 nuts, you can use them; otherwise, tape is an option. Be sure to smooth any sharp edges where the belt rests. A second file has been uploaded with a slightly lower resting surface for better alignment with the smooth idler wheel, but this hasn't been tested yet.
