Since I got my C3D VFD Spindle on the shop SOPro I have been really enjoying the extra power (over the ER-11 C3D router we had), and sanity with the noise reduction. But I have had one, singular complaint........that the Sweepy is harder to use because the "nose" of the spindle is longer. Well, I designed a sleeve that goes over the nose and allows the Sweepy to sit lower. In my case I resin printed it, but how ever you print it, here is the STL. Pictures below.
