Shapeoko 3-Axis Touch Probe

UPDATE (20180930): Adding a preliminary probe schematic. This circuit is untested and may contain errors. Use at your own risk. UPDATE (20180909): I actually have an official touch probe in hand now and have updated the model to accurately reflect the OEM part. I do not have a schematic for the PCB (yet) but I hope to have one together in the next few weeks. Enjoy! It seems we may have to wait a while to get one of these so I've created the model based on the given dimensions. It's important to note that the original probe is Aluminum. This probe works by creating a conductive path between the probe body and the tool. To close the circuit, the probe should be made of a conductive material. As it exists today, Carbide Motion does not support custom probe offsets. Instead, the probe offsets are hard coded to match the probe they sell (which is not available). Based on community discussion and feedback, the probe model uploaded here best represents the Carbide 3D probe in each dimension and feature. The Carbide 3D probe is an active probe that indicates (via LED) when the tool touches the probe surface. I have provided the model here in a variety of file types so that just about anyone could modify the probe as they desire. If you need a file type that is not provided, I'd be happy to create the file type for you or at least create a model that can be imported into your CAD program of choice. Please let me know if you have any issues with the files or see any corrections to be made to the model.
