Here's a detailed overview of my recent experience with this printing process. The custom belts and rollers provide the necessary structure to create sturdy prints that measure precisely 1.5 mm thick. To achieve such precision, I attempted to lower the printing thickness to 1 mm initially, but unfortunately, the resulting prints were too weak to maintain their shape. For a more durable result, it's recommended to stick with the original thickness of 1.5 mm. I've taken extra care to design these custom parts, ensuring they fit perfectly from the waste board all the way up over the rollers without any compromises on durability or quality. The detailed specifications and technical details for each part are available in the included OBJ files. When it comes to printing instructions, simply replicate this project three times, two times per side for an ideal 6x9 inch (150 x 250 mm) print bed size.
