This is a reinterpretation of @SchmidtN's fantastic idea and design for a modular work holder tailored specifically for the Shapeoko 2 CNC machine. The slots are strategically placed 1.5 inches apart and designed to accommodate a 1/4-20 bolt snugly, allowing for maximum stability and control. To maximize clamping pressure without risking damage to your valuable tool, consider using a 1/4-20 washer between the bolt head and clamp. Print Settings: Rafts: Absolutely No Raft Needed Supports: No Need for Support Structures Resolution: .25 Infill: Set Infusion Levels Between 80% - 100% Notes: Highly Recommended to Implement High Infill When you tighten down these clamps, the force exerted on the work holder can be substantial.
