These components attach directly to the Y-axis end plate, ideally the one you've already secured your controller to, minimizing wiring. One is fastened inside the end plate so the X-axis plate triggers the switch before making contact with anything else. Wires are routed back through small openings adjacent to makerslide ends. A second component features a slot designed for the angled edge of the end plate. You will need to add a spacer to the rail end plate to align it properly. All designs are created in OpenSCAD, allowing you to adjust settings according to your microswitch size or 3D printer tolerance. UPDATE: The Y-axis stop has been modified so the microswitch aligns perfectly with the hole on the long-rail end plate. Any type of bolt inserted should trigger the switch. Additionally, a Z-axis stop setup has been added, consisting of a holder for a switch that sits on the bed and an adjustable probe attached to the Z carriage next to spindle holders.
