Is the world ready for the SHAPE SHAKER?! We're about to find out very soon! The SHAPE SHAKER is a mechanical toy made up of several parts that can be printed, with just one exception - a toothpick. The toothpick measures 144mm long and has a diameter of 3mm. To assemble it, you'll need your hands and a screwdriver. The housing consists of four parts: the BASE, ROOF, WALLS_1, and WALLS_2. These pieces are connected using simple clips. At the heart of the mechanism is the CRANKSHAFT, which is manually operated by the HANDLE. The HANDLE has three parts to it. The CATERPILLAR parts - HEAD, BODY, and TAIL - are attached to the RODS with a small amount of interference. The 13 RODS are linked to the CRANKSHAFT from above via the ROOF. To hold everything in place, the RODS are constrained by a WOODEN SHAFT made from a toothpick inserted through WALL_1 and secured by a screw. That's all folks!
