Shan Yu's Sword Handle from Disney's Mulan

A friend requested help with a Mulan cosplay, so I modified the 9mm hilt by adding a central rod or dowel for support. The EVA foam blade required a stabilizing element, which was achieved by running a rod through its center. A black leather wrap was applied to the handle as the final touch.
