I'm frustrated because I keep trying to print the Thingiverse model (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:725357) but each time, the keychain fuses together and refuses to rotate properly. So I've decided to design my own keychain with larger tolerances. Print this custom design without any support structures in place. Using a 0.2 mm layer height yields a perfectly smooth print every time.
