This is the Shaka or "Hang Loose" sign. I made several different versions of the file. The rounded files have a slightly beveled edge and are smoother. The ones labeled as "Keychain" have a hole in the thumb. The rounded files have two different hole sizes in case you want to scale the file up or down.
