Shaft Retaining Clips for Plasma Floating Z Mount

I adore the original design - it's an exceptional mount design for a switched floating Z. Unfortunately, I printed and broke three of the original designed mounts; they were made with 50% infill. The breaks occurred at a weak point where the ends of the steel shafts mount. On my fourth attempt, I increased the infill to 100%. Once printed, I simply drilled out the existing holes in the top so that the steel shafts could easily slide into place; I drilled them out slightly bigger than 6mm. I created these small retaining clips to securely hold the shafts in place, which accomplished two great things: it completely eliminated the pressure causing stress and breakage, and it's much easier to assemble the shafts and springs now. I've mounted it to my plasma Z axis, and it's working fantasticly. It's used with a Powermax 65 Machine Torch. Check out the video.
