Shaft Buffing Tool

When printing a shaft parallel to the print bed, it often proves to be the most optimal orientation. However, the resulting product may lack smoothness. For instance, printing a 6 mm diameter, 10 mm long shaft designed to hold a bearing can sometimes result in a poorly formed shape. In order to efficiently manufacture ten of these components, utilizing a small file and manually polishing with sandpaper becomes impractical. A customized tool bit has been developed to overcome this issue. This tool is designed for insertion into a portable drill and enables precise shaping of the axle into a perfectly circular form.
