Shadows on Solar Panels

To assess the impact of shadows on solar panels, I created images derived from a Solidworks model. These photos depict the panels' viewpoint from the sun at various times throughout the day, while being obstructed by a tower. Data was collected for summer and winter solstice days. This study was crucial since Papua New Guinea, with its equator-like latitude, is expected to cast long shadows on solar panels during these periods.
