This is a versatile carriage designed specifically for the ShadowMega. It takes care of the rail positioning, belt clamping and cable chain mounting points. With this carriage in place, you can easily design a front plate featuring the necessary holes to secure it and then mount a variety of extruders with minimal fuss. A pre-designed mount plate for a LulzBot Taz5 extruder is already included. As the project progresses, I plan to add more plates compatible with other popular extruders.
