Shade cord tension device mount bracket

I broke the mount bracket for one of our shade cord tension device, so I made this one to replace it. Also, turns out that over the years the cords of all of our shades became tighter for some reasons. So instead of making new holes in the walls and put the brackets a little bit higher, I made bigger brackets to account for the difference of height.
