Transform a robot action figure with posable parts and flashing electronic eyes! Discovered in WIRED's December 2012 issue, this DIY project requires RadioShack components (learn more in WIRED). Download the parts, find a bubble capsule for the dome from a coin-operated vending machine, then assemble using Todd's modeling and Andres' circuit design. Assemble by soldering the circuit, inserting the battery pack, dismantling the switch, placing it inside the body, installing the LEDs, screwing the collar-circuitboard-body together, attaching the claws, and snapping the clear plastic dome on top. For optimal results, use 5% infill, 200 micron layer height, and two shells.
