Shabbos Lamp The regular Shabbos Lamp costs close to $60.00 on Amazon, this 3d print will keep it at around $15, including all the parts. File 1: The top/cover. With a cooling hole. File 2: the bottom/base. With a hole for the wire and space for the lightbulb mount. Print settings. Black PLA 20% infill No brim(unless needed) Supports Strong, no light goes through. Other colors. No Brim(unless needed) Supports Infill 20-100%, when printed with dark blue PLA filament at 50% infill and the light went through, if you are doing a different color do A infill and test it before to make sure it blocks out the light. Links Light Bulb Holder: Light Bulb Wire: Light Bulb: Assembly Remove all of the supports from the cooling and wire hole. Put the exposed end of the wire through the wire hole. Attach it to the light bulb mount. Put in the light bulb mount and make sure the dimmer switch lines up with the hole for it. If it is a loose fit then add a bit of electric tape(other tapes should work also) around the top of the light bulb mount. Other info Please leave a comment with any questions.
