SH2 (SRC Homology 2) domains are widespread in nature's proteins; an example is from human p56lck. The model is based on the Protein Data Bank entry 1LKK, which can be explored at http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/explore.do?structureId=1LKK. This model was created using VMD (http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/). A successful printout of this model was achieved on a MakerBot Replicator 2 with MakerWare 2.2.2.89, at standard resolution, featuring three shells and 25% infill. Rafts and supports were also utilized in the printing process.
