Want to make your own servo attachment for the inexpensive and ubiquitous sg90 servos available all over the internet? Well hopefully this helps! Attach this to your existing servo attachment/arm design, or build a new design around this template. Print it using a high resolution printer (e.g. SLA printer) and it should work fine! Print it FACE UP or FACE DOWN. That way you ensure that the accuracy of the tiny splines/grooves is being dictated by the X and Y axes of your SLA printer, which are of a finer resolution than the layer height. In other words, print this as-is or flip it upside down. Don't print it sideways because accuracy can't be guaranteed. I've included the original Fusion360 file in case you want to edit it directly. If the tolerance is too tight, there is a user parameter called "Tolerance" which you can edit to suit your needs and it will automatically update the design.
